    HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 999/- to Indian cities, orders below the minimum threshold will have a shipping fee based on quantity. For international orders, free shipping can be availed on orders above $100. Shipping rates for orders under $100 and expedited orders will be calculated at checkout based on the order total and the recipient’s address.

    WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    All stocked items are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Any custom or pre-orders may take longer to ship; buyers will be notified of any delays or changes in the shipping schedule. Expedited orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is an urgent need, kindly contact us at hello@craftise.co so that we can further assist you.

    For orders to Indian cities, our delivery estimate is 3-7 business days. For international orders, our delivery estimate for standard shipping ranges between 15-28 business days. If you wish to expedite your orders, kindly choose the expedited shipping option at checkout for order delivery within 5-8 business days.

    OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS

    We have partnered up with Delihvery for our domestic orders. All our international orders are shipped through Shypmax and Aramex. Orders with standard shipping are dispatched through DHL ecommerce, with a delivery estimate of 15-28 business days. Expedited orders are shipped through FedEx and delivered within 5-8 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by our delivery partners, we have no control over lack of updates.     DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

    We offer international shipping across the globe for all our products. We have partnered up with Shypmax and FedEx for our international orders. Please note that we bear no responsibility for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping estimates provided are only estimates and not guaranteed; transit times may vary due to customs delays.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST / RETURNED TO SENDER ?

    If your order package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it kindly take the following measures
    • Check with your neighbours or your mail room (if available) to see if the package was left there by mistake.
    • Contact your local post office or FedEx office for information.
    • Contact us at hello@craftise.co and include as much information as possible.
    If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post or FedEx office. Once marked delivered, we are unable to assume any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please note that we are not in any way responsible for refunding or reshipping orders that were dispatched to an incorrect address. Buyers are fully responsible for providing the correct/current address at checkout.

    If your order package is returned to us by the postal service or by FedEx, a member from our team will get in touch with you to arrange redelivery as soon when we receive the returned package. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for any returned packages and the buyer will have to pay for reshipping their order/s.

    Return

    At Craftise, every product we ship goes through a strict quality check. Multiple checks are undertaken to check measurements, product condition and prevent any damaged product from reaching a customer.

    A. RETURNS or EXCHANGE

    In rare cases, where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because the order is not as described or product did not meet your expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at hello@craftise.co within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. Please include your order number in the subject line, and describe the reason for placing a return / exchange request along with image/s of the defect / damge. The refund shall be subject to conditions.

    Please Note: Following products are NOT returnable & exchangeable unless defective.

    a. Fabrics measuring below 2 mtrs in length.
    b. Products bought on Sale.
    c. Pre-Cut Fabrics..
    e. Trims (Laces, Buttons & embellishments).
    f. Fabrics Printed on Demand.
    g. Defective / Damaged products

    1.A. REFUND POLICY
    -. A refund will be issued if the damage / defect comes under what we deem as defective or damaged (refer to 1.B)
    - We shall arrange pickups (for domestic orders) from your delivery location. If our logistics partner is unable to arrange a return pickup for your location, you can return the order by IndiaPost and share a copy of the receipt via email. We will issue a refund for the shipping charges as per the shared receipt.
    - All refunds will be credited to the original payment source (for pre-paid orders) or a bank account

    1.B. COVERED as Defective or Damaged
    - Substantial difference in print, texture or colours is visible at the time of opening the order package.
    - The product looks worn out, torn or unusable
    - Weight per meter varies more than 25%

    1.C. NOT COVERED as Defective or Damaged
    - Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors / screens displaying colors differently and due to the fact that everyone sees these colors differently.
    - Certain fabrics may bleed colour due to the dyeing technique used. Wash care instructions for each fabric is mentioned in the description.
    - Damage caused by not following product care instructions.

    1.D. Exchange
    -. Fulfillment of exchange requests will be subject to availability of the product in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned product/s.
    - Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item/s and not on MRP.

    1.E. Condition of Returned Products
    -. Any tags attached to the product should be intact
    - The product/s should be unused, unwashed, unstitched and undamged.
    - Item/s need to be returned in their original packaging.

    2. When a customer is dissatisfied with their order

    2.A. Refund Policy
    If a customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with their order and wishes to return part or whole of their order (not applicable for products bought on sale), Craftise shall accept returns provided the returned products meet the conditions mentioned below. In such cases, the customer will have to ship the product/s back to our studio at their expense. If the returned products pass our quality check, a refund will be issued within 2 business days.

    - The product/s should be unused, unwashed, unstitched and undamged.
